📐 Setup

Set up cones in a straight line about 2 meters apart. Each player starts at one end with a ball.

📋 How to Run It

  1. 1Dribble the ball through the cones using small touches.\n2. Use the inside and outside of your foot to weave around each cone.\n3. Keep the ball close — no more than 1-2 feet away.\n4. Turn around at the end and dribble back.\n5. Try to go faster each time while keeping control.

💡 Coaching Tips

Encourage players to keep their head up while dribbling. Remind them: "Soft touches, happy feet!" For younger kids (3-4), use fewer cones spaced further apart.

🔄 Variations

Use only left foot, then only right foot. Time each run and try to beat your record. Add a pass to a partner at the end. Dribble with a tennis ball for an extra challenge.
