📐 Setup

Place a laundry basket, plastic bin, or taped receiving square 6 to 10 feet away from the passing point. Mark two or three passing spots at different angles so players have to adjust their body position.

📋 How to Run It

  1. 1One player starts with the ball at a passing marker while a partner stands near the target to collect rebounds.
  2. 2The passer aims a firm ground pass into the basket or target zone, then moves to the next marker.
  3. 3The partner collects the ball quickly, returns it, and the next pass comes from a new angle.
  4. 4After a minute, swap roles so both players practice passing and collecting.
  5. 5Keep score for clean target hits, but count only passes that stay on the floor and under control.

  • A smooth push pass works better indoors than trying to blast the ball.
  • Show players how the standing foot points toward the target.
  • Receiving players should get the ball back quickly so the drill keeps its rhythm.
  • Use a foam or futsal ball if rebounds are too lively in the room.
