Pair up players and have them stand about 5 meters apart facing each other. Mark the distance with cones.
📋 How to Run It
- 1Player A passes the ball to Player B using the inside of the foot.\n2. Player B receives the ball with a soft first touch.\n3. Player B passes back to Player A.\n4. Repeat back and forth — aim for 10 passes without the ball going off target.\n5. After 10 good passes, take one step back to increase the distance.
💡 Coaching Tips
Remind players to lock their ankle when passing. "Point your toe where you want the ball to go!" Make it fun by counting streaks out loud.
🔄 Variations
Pass with the outside of the foot. Add a defender in the middle. One-touch passing only. Pass through a cone gate for points.
